Kristin Fontichiaro is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Michigan School of Information, where she coordinates the school library media program and teaches courses in library and information science. She

Kristin blogs for School Library Monthly and has published books for children and professional books.

Most recently, she co-edited the eBook, School Libraries: What's Now, What's Next, What's Yet to Come, with Buffy Hamilton which is a compilation of over 100 essays by librarians, teachers, publishers and library vendors.
